These terms cover your use of the Duplex app and this website, both provided by Aetrix Foundry (Nimit Bhandari), an independent sole proprietor based in India. By downloading, installing, or purchasing Duplex, you agree to them.
Duplex generates lightweight wrapper apps that let you run additional instances of Electron and Chromium based apps you already have installed, each with its own data folder. Duplex does not include or redistribute those third party apps, and never modifies your original installation. Your use of any wrapped app remains subject to that app's own terms.
Your first instance is free forever. A one time payment of 5 US dollars unlocks unlimited instances and grants a license key valid for activation on up to 2 Macs at a time. The license is for your personal or business use, is non transferable, and does not expire. You may move a license between Macs by deactivating it on one and activating it on another.
The Duplex source code is published under a source available license. You may read and build it for your own use, but you may not redistribute the source or compiled builds. The full terms are in the LICENSE file.
Purchases are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Because the first instance is free, you can confirm Duplex works for you before paying. If a purchased license does not work and we cannot resolve it, email dev@aetrixfoundry.com within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Do not use Duplex to violate the terms of the apps you wrap, to infringe others' rights, or to break applicable law. Do not attempt to resell, sublicense, or redistribute Duplex or its license keys.
Duplex is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aetrix Foundry is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms may change; the updated date above will reflect any revision, and the current version always lives at this URL.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
